I'm only eyes and ears

The saying "Sunt numai ochi si urechi" in english it literally means "I am only eyes and ears",but the equivalent in English it would be"I'm all ears". It sounds very strange but the explanation is easy,it is used when you want to tell someone that you are very attentive to what they say. For example: Mom:"Mary,come here and pay attention!" You:"I'm only eyes and ears,mom!"
